March 25th and 26th: Vital Vox at Roulette.


The Fourth Annual Vital Vox: A Vocal Festival celebrates the power of the human voice at Brooklyn's Roulette <http://www.roulette.org> on March, Monday 25 & Tuesday 26, 2013 @ 8 pm!!* (Rescheduled from original dates on October 28 & 29, 2012 due to Hurricane Sandy)

Sabrina Lastman will be presenting on Monday 25 an original piece An Encounter with El Duende, based on texts & poetry of the great Spanish writer Federico Garcia Lorca.

Artists include: Pamela Z, Sarah Bernstein with Satoshi Takeishi, Lisa Karrer with David Simons, Philip Hamilton, Sasha Bogdanowitsch with The Loom Ensemble and Sabrina Lastman with Ozan Aksoy.

Vital Vox: A Vocal Festival explores the myriad power of the human voice in its solo and ensemble forms across a multitude of genres. VV celebrates composer-performers in the vocal arts who stretch and expand the voice in new and original ways, continuing a strong contemporary tradition developed in the United States.
